Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the MaryMac Films website (www.marymacfilms.com) and our videography services. By accessing our website or entering into a contract for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Conditions of Use
By using this website or booking our services, you certify that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is used solely to provide services or respond to inquiries.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including videos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of MaryMac Films. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written consent. By using our services, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use content captured at your event for promotional purposes.
4. Booking and Payments
• A non-refundable retainer fee of $400 is required to secure your date. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your selected package.
• The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Failure to pay by this deadline will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all prior payments.
• Additional hours of videography can be added for $300/hour, subject to availability.
5. Package Details
MaryMac Films offers tiered videography packages:
• The Highlights: $1600 for up to 6 hours of coverage, including a 3-4 minute highlight reel and raw footage.
• The Essentials: $2500 for up to 8 hours of coverage, including a 5-7 minute highlight reel.
• The Extras: $3500 for up to 10 hours of coverage with two videographers, an 8-12 minute highlight reel, and additional features.

6. Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel, all payments made to date will be retained as liquidated damages. A signed cancellation agreement is required.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new retainer fee.
7. Liability
MaryMac Films is not liable for:
• Circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or interference from guests or vendors.
• Loss of footage due to technical failures or acts of God. In such cases, liability is limited to the refund of payments received.
8. Creative Control and Editing
• MaryMac Films maintains full creative control over the editing process. Requests for changes must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, original files may be deleted.
• Editing revisions beyond corrections of non-creative errors are billed at $60/hour (minimum 2 hours).
9. Outdoor Weddings and Audio
While we use professional equipment, outdoor conditions may affect audio quality. This is beyond our control and should be considered when reviewing your final product.
10. Use of Videos
• Clients are allowed to share their highlight and teaser films on social media. Other footage, such as ceremony films, may not be broadcast publicly due to copyright restrictions.
• MaryMac Films reserves the right to use footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tennessee.
12. Changes to Terms
MaryMac Films reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
