Refund and Returns Policy

At MaryMac Films, we strive to provide exceptional wedding videography services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

1. Non-Refundable Retainer

• A non-refundable retainer fee of $400 is required to secure your wedding date.

• This fee is applied toward the total cost of your selected package and covers initial administrative and scheduling costs.

2. Payment Policy

• All remaining balances must be paid no later than 90 days prior to your wedding date. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all payments made.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your booking, all payments made to date are non-refundable and will be retained as liquidated damages.

• A cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties to finalize the cancellation.

• Rescheduling may require a new retainer fee and is subject to availability.

4. Service Delivery

• Once final videos are delivered, clients have 30 days to report errors in spelling or technical issues (non-creative).

• Additional edits beyond corrections are available at a fee of $60/hour with a 2-hour minimum.

5. Limitations on Liability

• In the unlikely event MaryMac Films cannot deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., acts of God, equipment failure), liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
